Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager - CLM & ERP Systems in Shelton, CT.Roles and Responsibilities:
CLM Program Delivery:
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the CLM platform (e.
CLM, SAP
Ariba Contracts, or Conga), managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through configuration and go-live- Define and optimize contract workflows including authoring, negotiation, approval routing, obligation tracking, renewal management, and clause library governance
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance teams to translate contracting policies into system rules, templates, and automated workflows
- Drive CLM integrations with ERP, CRM, e-signature, and sourcing platforms to create a seamless contract-to-procure or contract-to-cash ecosystem
ERP Program Delivery:
- Manage ERP product evaluation, selection, and implementation projects across core modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Human Capital Management
- Serve as the bridge between functional ERP consultants, technical architects, and business process owners to ensure solution design aligns with organizational requirements
- Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and parallel-run strategies for ERP transitions, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
- Coordinate ERP integration touchpoints with ancillary systems (CLM, WMS, POS, BI/Analytics) and manage API/middleware dependencies
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with Portfolio Leads, Scrum Masters, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather requirements, define technical functionality, and align priorities to the implementation plan
- Manage relationships with CLM and ERP platform vendors, system integrators (SIs), and third-party consultants-holding them accountable to SOWs, SLAs, and delivery milestones
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8-10+ years in IT project management or software delivery, with at least 4 years managing CLM and/or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, or equivalent)
Certifications:
SCRUM Product Owner or CSM required; PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or ITIL preferred; CLM or ERP platform certifications are a plusDomain Expertise:
Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes (authoring, negotiation, execution, obligation management, renewals) and ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM); Experience with at least one CLM platform (Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, Conga, SAP Ariba or equivalent) requiredTools & Platforms:
Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Clarity, VisioMethodologies:
Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid; Proven ability to tailor methodology to project complexity and organizational maturityTechnical Acumen:
Strong understanding of SDLC, API-based integrations, data migration strategies, cloud ERP architectures, and enterprise security frameworksSoft Skills:
Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences; Ability to navigate complex vendor ecosystems and drive consensus among competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), franchise, or food-service industry
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within CLM platforms (smart clause extraction, risk scoring, obligation auto detection)
- Experience managing programs within a shared-services or Center of Excellence (CoE) model
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal audit frameworks, and financial controls as they relate to ERP systems The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
