Project Delivery Manager

- Provide leadership to the team; direct and coordinate work assignments and review performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
- Recruit, develop, train, and retain high-performing staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monthly one-on-ones, and provide clear instruction and guidance to direct reports.

- Interpret and communicate organizational goals and policies to staff. Project & Resource Management
- Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for consulting engagements in transmission planning, distribution planning, and power systems analysis.
- Support profitable growth by ensuring staff levels, loading, and assignments meet project requirements and billable targets.
- Coordinate workload for the team and communicate staffing needs to business line leads and managing directors.
- Lead and support project QA/QC efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company and safety policies. Strategic & Operational Execution
- Implement and support firm-wide programs and initiatives; lead your team through organizational change.
- Achieve stated financial targets and performance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, managing directors, and proposal teams to support business development and secure new work for the team. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or other related field and 5 years of related experience required.
- Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
- Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
