Key Responsibilities Agile/Scrum delivery Project schedules and WBS Budgeting and cost tracking Staffing/resource allocation Deliverables, status reporting, customer meetings, and executive presentations. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree. Associate s degree or High School Diploma/GED permitted with additional experience as defined below. Bachelor's + 10 years relevant experience; Associate's + 12 years; or High School Diploma/GED + 14 years. PMP and Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is not required but preferred. Experience in managing federal IT/application development and sustainment programs Risk and issue management experience
SDLC/PMLC
experience Technical transition and knowledge transfer Multidisciplinary technical teams
