Job Description:
Role Overview The Onsite Program Manager will work closely with the CTO and serve as the primary point of coordination between the technology, business teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead end?to?end delivery of strategic programs across advisor platforms, client onboarding, data modernization, reporting, compliance, and digital experience. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers. Coordinate cross?functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Data. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Stakeholder Management Serve as the onsite liaison between business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. Facilitate executive updates, steering committee meetings, and program reviews. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure clear communication across teams. Build strong relationships with advisors, branch leadership, and operations teams to understand pain points and opportunities. Operational & Technology Alignment Oversee integration and enhancement of core systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Portfolio Management, Trading, Reporting, Financial Planning, Data Platforms, and Compliance tools. Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and availability for analytics. Support rollout of new tools, workflows, and digital capabilities across advisor and operations teams. Process Improvement & Change Management Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives. Lead change management efforts including training, communication, and adoption strategies. Ensure new processes and systems are embedded effectively across the organization. Vendor & Partner Coordination Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and platform providers. Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and contractual commitments. Ensure alignment between vendor roadmaps and internal priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
At least 12 years of experience in program or project management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services. Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client onboarding, custodial processes, compliance, and reporting. Experience managing multi?system programs involving CRM, portfolio management, data platforms, and digital tools. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive?level presentation skills. Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with business and technology teams.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce, Azure, Power BI, or similar platforms. Background in data governance, analytics, or digital transformation. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Prior experience working with RIAs, broker?dealers, or wealth management technology vendors.
