Sr Application Development Project Manager

Position OverviewThe Senior Application Development Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex application development initiatives across multiple teams and technologies. This role partners closely with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery discipline, technical fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of application development projects using Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologiesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesPartner with application development teams (frontend, backend, integrations, APIs, databases) to drive executionFacilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives as applicableCoordinate cross‑functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and vendorsTrack progress and report project status, risks, and remediation plans to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure adherence to SDLC practices, quality standards, and change management processesManage scope changes, prioritize feature delivery, and resolve delivery blockersSupport application releases, deployments, and post‑implementation reviewsDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and team collaboration
