Manhattan Active Service Delivery Lead Job Summary:
Seeking a Manhattan Active Service Delivery Lead with strong experience in Manhattan Active WM/OMS production support and service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production support and incident management for Manhattan Active platforms Handle SLA management, issue resolution, and operational support Coordinate with business, client, and technical teams Support deployments, releases, and environment management Drive RCA and service improvements
Required Skills:
Manhattan Active WM/OMS experience Production support & service delivery background Incident/problem management and ITIL knowledge API/integration understanding Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
Retail/Supply Chain domain experience AWS/Azure cloud exposure DevOps/release m
