$55- $65 hourly W2 Our client is looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and technology solutions. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software project delivery from initiation through implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Track project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Monitor project scope and manage change requests as needed. Drive process improvements and promote project management best practices. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of software project management experience. Experience managing software development projects in Agile and/or Scrum environments. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Benefits
