About This Role In the Senior Manager, Digital Business Systems role they will be responsible for enterprise grade business applications and still maintains a hands-on approach. Deep experience in business partnership, project leadership and system architecture preferred. Ability to deliver and measure incremental value, building medium to long term roadmap, prior experience working on ecommerce platform, SaaS sales enablement, business and IT delivery interfacing
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Global Controls Digital Leader to define investments and projects that support strategic business initiatives. Design, develop, and execute DT solutions that support building automation, healthy buildings, and data center integration management initiatives. Identify opportunities to standardize customer facing and backend tools and processes within multiple business units, enhancing customer & employee experiences, drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and digital innovation and mitigate compliance and cybersecurity risks. Lead cross functional teams comprising Shared Services and Center of Excellence teams across Carrier to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, and budget for project execution as well as achieving operation excellence. Lead external project teams to successfully execute large transformational initiatives and deliver the committed business outcome within the integrated DT ecosystems including but not limited to data center operations, ERP, CRM, CPQ, digital Commerce and revenue tools Maintain awareness and knowledge of emerging DT technologies and methodologies. Identify appropriate DT technologies & service delivery, approaches for digital products, considering external benchmark and best practice.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science 8+ years' of experience with design and implementation of digital solutions using agile methodology. 8+ years of experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support. 5+ years of supply chain and ecommerce experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, CRM, CPQ, digital Commerce and revenue tools in the manufacturing industry offering hardware, software, SaaS and IoT solutions. Scrum or similar agile certification preferred Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals. Experience in managing digital infrastructure both on-prem and cloud preferred. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, analytical as well as problem-solving skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels. Proactive, self-motivated and a team player. Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills. Ability to handle several projects at a given time #LI-On-site RSRCAR
