Project Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. +

• Execution Excellence:

• Drive project success through effective risk management, planning, governance, and accountability. +

• Stakeholder Partnership:

• Collaborate with operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. +

• Vendor Management:

• Coordinate external partners and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and timely issue resolution. +

• Portfolio Optimization:

• Support project prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Proven Delivery:

• 5+ years of experience successfully leading IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects. +

• Execution Focus:

• Strong ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities. +

• Communication Skills:

• Confident presenting to executives, facilitating decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations. +

• Leadership & Collaboration:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners. +

• Technical Foundation:

• PMP preferred; Agile, ITIL, SAFe, manufacturing, or industrial environment experience considered an asset.
