Job Description
Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) | East Peoria, IL | Onsite We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead critical supplier resourcing initiatives and drive cross-functional project execution within a large manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven project leader who enjoys collaborating with purchasing, engineering, and leadership teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful results.

•$53 an hr Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate supplier resourcing projects from planning through execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and strategies to achieve business objectives. Partner with purchasing, engineering, production, and leadership teams to drive project success. Identify risks, resource constraints, and opportunities to accelerate project timelines. Provide escalation support and communicate project status to senior leadership. Analyze resource requirements, project feasibility, and business impacts. Present project updates, recommendations, findings, and reports to stakeholders. Review contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables. Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of project or program management experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to professionally communicate risks, issues, and escalations to leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Preferred Qualifications PMI or PMP Certification. Experience supporting manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or engineering projects.
