Job Title:
Senior IT Project Manager Location:
Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead major information technology initiatives and drive successful project outcomes. Our team is focused on achieving timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery by leveraging experienced leadership and strong IT governance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress and performance against objectives. Manage cross-functional project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
Required:
Proven senior-level IT project management experience in a customer and corporate platforms (C&CP) IT environment, including previous experience within Exelon and familiarity with PM360 standards. PMP certification (required) and a minimum of a BA or BS degree. Strong ownership of IT delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement with a hands-on approach to project execution and planning. Experience managing large-scale IT projects, including web/portal development and familiarity with customer systems, corporate applications, and cross-functional delivery models.
