transformation. This is not a traditional program management, PMO, functional lead, or solution architecture role. The successful candidate will operate as an extension of executive leadership, reporting directly to the executive sponsor and Steering Committee and providing independent oversight across the transformation. The ideal candidate has previously led an enterprise IT or technology organization within a complex, SAP-heavy environment and has personally led multiple large-scale

SAP/S/4HANA

transformations through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and hypercare. This individual must bring the executive presence, technical credibility, and organizational authority to challenge assumptions, drive decisions to closure, hold senior technology leaders accountable, and ensure the program is truly positioned for successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level leadership and direction across a large-scale

transformation. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive sponsor, Steering Committee, CEO, and senior leadership. Direct and hold the internal SAP organization and broader technology teams accountable for delivery, quality, and commitments. Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions to closure across workstreams. Challenge technical assumptions, estimates, delivery plans, and recommendations when necessary. Maintain oversight of solution architecture, integration design, data migration, master data management, environment strategy, and landscape management. Own program-level technical readiness across build, testing, data conversion, interfaces, environments, cutover, and deployment. Evaluate defect trends, test coverage, interface readiness, conversion readiness, and technical quality gates. Ensure the technical critical path accurately reflects delivery realities, dependencies, and unresolved risks. Establish clear decision ownership, deadlines, escalation paths, and consequences for missed commitments. Protect design integrity and control scope across functional and technical workstreams. Identify unresolved technical issues or scope decisions that could materially impact delivery. Lead cutover, go-live, deployment readiness, and stabilization oversight at the executive level. Provide clear, decision-oriented communications to executive leadership and the Steering Committee. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and identify organizational resistance that may delay delivery. Influence across the organization while exercising executive authority when required. Required Qualifications Significant executive-level technology leadership experience, ideally as a CIO, CTO, Chief Digital/Technology Officer, EVP/SVP of Technology, Head of IT, or comparable enterprise technology executive. Demonstrated experience running an enterprise IT or technology organization, not solely managing individual programs or SAP workstreams. Extensive experience within large, complex, SAP-heavy enterprise environments. Proven leadership of multiple large-scale

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with Boards, Steering Committees, CEOs, CIOs, and other senior executives. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills. Comfortable making difficult decisions, challenging senior stakeholders, and escalating issues when delivery is at risk. Ideal Background The strongest candidates will bring a combination of: Enterprise CIO/CTO/SVP-level technology leadership Ownership of large global IT organizations SAP transformation leadership S/4HANA technical and delivery expertise Executive-level governance experience Complex global deployment experience Systems integrator and vendor management Large-scale organizational and business transformation experience What This Role Is Not This position is not intended for candidates whose experience is primarily centered on: SAP functional leadership Solution architecture without executive delivery ownership PMO administration Detailed project scheduling Day-to-day testing Hands-on SAP configuration Functional design authorship We are seeking a technically credible executive leader who can direct the transformation, challenge the SAP organization, drive decisions, and hold teams accountable for successful delivery.
