What impact you'll make:

As a member of the Power DT Engineering team you will be an active contributor to the key business initiative PALM to transform and consolidate the PLM portfolio leveraging latest, innovative technology based on Teamcenter PLM which enables further business innovation, productivity as well as improving product quality. You will architect and optimize our product build, test, and deployment pipelines, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality software faster and more reliably.

Job DescriptionWhat you'll do Lead the end-to-end product delivery of our Next Generation PLM solution (PALM) for the Power segment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.

Define, implement, and own processes for coordinating technical delivery and quality assurance, embedding best practices and continuous improvement.

Orchestrate internal teams and external partners using Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and driving the solution to meet rigorous quality and performance standardsTrack and monitor program delivery progress, metrics, and risks. Ensure adherence to software development standards and rapid remediation of defects.

Assist in the resolution of conflicting priorities through the proactive communication of requirements, timelines and stakeholders.

Apply LEAN principles to streamline defect resolution, accelerate value delivery, and continuously enhance delivery processes and outcomes.

Regularly present updates, insights, and recommendations to GEV leadership and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and strategic direction.
