Consultant, Manager, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role within our Finance practice, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Your work will involve providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Responsibilities Leading financial transformation initiatives using

to optimize client financial performance Advise clients on enhancing efficiency within finance and procurement cycles—such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay—leveraging SAP S/4HANA's integrated capabilities and embedded analytics Lead workstreams in designing future-state business processes by working closely with SAP Consulting teams to drive alignment between functional requirements, business objectives, and

solution design Analyzing and identifying opportunities to streamline financial operations and enhance controls Designing and implementing solutions for financial systems and process automation Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality outcomes Collaborating with leadership to maintain collective ownership of project deliverables and timelines Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to support strategic decision-making Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to provide insights and recommendations Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues Upholding professional standards and the firm's code of conduct in all client engagements What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance At least one of the following certifications: Certified Public Accountant, SAP S/4 Hana Finance modules (e.g. FICO, etc.) Demonstrating proficiency in

modules Understanding of core finance processes within SAP S/4HANA, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay, from a business or functional user perspective Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the

implementation lifecycle Utilizing financial data mining for strategic insights Managing financial reporting and analysis for client engagements Excelling in financial forecasting and budgeting processes Leading teams in financial operations and transformation projects The salary range for this position is: $99,000

•$232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
