• Planning Tools team, you will shape the AWS business's direction as a whole.

You will contribute to defining and building the next go-to-market (GTM) platform for the AWS Sales organization. In addition to working on the latest Salesforce technologies, you'll have the opportunity to innovate in the space of Sales Planning and Management. You'll be chartered with creating and operating applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field, and with embedding operational knowledge and encoding best practices into everything we do. The right candidate will have a robust system delivery background, well-rounded technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience working on large scale projects. The candidate must be customer-obsessed, have strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive on solving challenging business problems. The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with multiple teams. You will design and build scalable platforms that enable AWS to sell new products and services with the necessary speed to market. Our team manages a portfolio of complex, high-impact, and intelligent planning tools, with an exciting multi-year product roadmap. These are global, enterprise-level that include both first-party and third-party products. Our team is seeking a talented, innovative Sr. Technical Program Manager with exceptional invent and simplify skillset, problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, think big mindset, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into inventive software solutions. This role offers a challenging and highly visible position responsible for managing multiple projects and driving results across teams. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, working with leadership to develop a vision, executing projects, and delivering on our goals. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and possess a deep understanding of product design and implementation details. The candidate's technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar, influence the team's decisions, and drive secure and robust solutions with excellent customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
