BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of technical product or program management experience 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent Experience defining technical requirements and partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and define program structure in ambiguous domains. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with computer vision, human-in-the-loop systems, or model evaluation and deployment. Experience influencing product or platform roadmaps across multiple engineering teams. Track record of coaching and mentoring other Technical Program Managers. Familiarity with robotics, fulfilment operations or large-scale annotation/labelling workflows. Experience working with applied science teams and foundation model technologies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
