Technical Program Manager
As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain technical programs in support of our customers' mission and objectives. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts, project cost accounting, and technical deliverables. You'll help with planning using Agile methodologies and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

Technical Program ManagerThe Opportunity:
As a program and project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a seasoned program and project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain technical programs in support of our customers' mission and objectives. You Have:
- Experience managing technical delivery on a Government contract to develop and deliver software-based solutions
- Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to scope, execute, and track technical progress on a project
- Experience creating project spend plans, including contract finances and financial forecasting
- Experience briefing senior leadership on contract performance.
- Experience working with business partner teams, such as finance, subcontracts, contracts, legal, compliance, and recruiting, to execute contract requirements
- Knowledge of the complexities of EW and Cyber technique development with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) applications
- Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project and identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience managing research and development programs
- Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and software systems
- Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
- Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in an Engineering or Scientific field
- Project Management Professional Certification
