As an IT Project Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experience d IT Project Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Micro sof t tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. - 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with project management of large technical projects
- Experience creating project management plans
- Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
- Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management
- Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
- Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations
- Experience with telecommunications project management
- Knowledge of project finan cia ls
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process
- Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
