Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility Manage the integration of technical activities across various project phases What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio Financial Sector experience preferred What's in it for me?
