Lead design, convergence, and validation activities across all vehicle programs in scope. Act as the technical integrator between product requirements, system teams, styling, safety, regulation, and manufacturing. Define, maintain, and control the module technical scope and feature content . Coordinate and drive cross‑functional engineering teams to meet QCDP targets. Ensure timely delivery of design, integration, and validation milestones . Oversee digital and physical validation plans and execution across tech centers. Ensure regulatory, safety, diagnostics, and compliance conformity. Lead technical trade‑offs, arbitration, and escalations with CME/CVE. Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
