Seeking an experienced Connected Services Technical Delivery Lead to support Stellantis Software Engineering organization responsible for Connected Vehicle platforms and digital services. This individual will drive the delivery of connected vehicle features spanning onboard vehicle software, cloud services, and mobile applications while coordinating engineering teams, suppliers, product owners, validation, and operations through the complete software delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with exceptional delivery leadership and can effectively manage complex cross-functional software initiatives.Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Connected Services software initiativesCoordinate delivery across onboard vehicle software, cloud platforms, and mobile applicationsDrive software releases from planning through launch readinessPartner with Software Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Validation, Operations, and external suppliersRemove delivery roadblocks and proactively manage risksTrack milestones, dependencies, and release readinessFacilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery planningManage issues using Jira and enterprise issue management toolsCoordinate change requests and release governance activitiesProvide executive-level status reportingEnsure quality, timing, and delivery objectives are achievedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years leading enterprise software deliveryStrong experience delivering Connected Vehicle or Connected Services solutions involving multiple systemsStrong understanding of software delivery lifecyclesExperience working across:Embedded/onboard softwareCloud platformsMobile applicationsStrong Experience coordinating multiple engineering teamsStrong Agile delivery experienceJiraExcellent stakeholder communicationExperience managing suppliers and external partnersAbility to communicate with technical and executive leadership
