Job Description

Stellantis is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Global Software Architecture department, responsible for designing the next generation ECUs to deploy the Stellantis SW platform.

In this role, the Technical Program Manager will lead multiple teams through Agile Program Increments (PI) and ensure on-time delivery of architecture design and requirements aligned with program milestones. The position requires leadership, a keen interest in technical topics, and strong program management knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
Lead PI Planning events for assigned teamsSecure a solid and realistic plan out of PI Planning, aligned with program milestonesWork with other TPMs of the department to resolve dependencies and align delivery datesMake sure all required inputs (documents, data, specifications, etc.) are received on time and with the right quality, execution of quality gate.

Identify risks, propose recovery actions for each and drive the risks until resolutionWork closely with technical leads of each team to monitor execution during the PIActively remove impediments to day-to-day team progressEnsure delivery of all committed artefacts on time. In case of delays, initiate intensive follow-up until delivery. The delivery scope contains all aspects of embedded software artefacts (design, requirements, code, test, release note, ... )Confirm that all deliverables meet their agreed definition of doneMaintain dashboards of requirements status, KPIs for delivery tracking and reportingEnsure Agile fundamentals are respected across teams, including sprint-based planning and execution, tracking of all tasks and progress in the project management tool, balance between capacity and workloadAlign work practices across teams Top Performers will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in requirement and architecture management for embedded systemsProven ability to drive execution in complex, multi-team environmentsAbility to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to teamsA proactive mindset in risk management and recovery planningExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of Agile frameworksComfort with high-pressure delivery environments and tight deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

A minimum of 8 years of overall related experience including a minimum of 5years of experience in technical software/system program management (in automotive or embedded system industry)Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologiesExperience with ECU development or embedded software platforms is a strong plusProficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., RTC, Jira, Confluence, Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
