Job Description - Module Vehicle System Synthesis Manager (VSS)One voice for all VEHE activities on the projectOwn endtoend functional and physical integration of assigned vehicle modules.
Lead design, convergence, and validation activities across all vehicle programs in scope.
Act as the technical integrator between product requirements, system teams, styling, safety, regulation, and manufacturing.
Define, maintain, and control the module technical scope and feature content.
Coordinate and drive crossfunctional engineering teams to meet QCDP targets.
Ensure timely delivery of design, integration, and validation milestones.
Oversee digital and physical validation plans and execution across tech centers.
Ensure regulatory, safety, diagnostics, and compliance conformity.
Lead technical tradeoffs, arbitration, and escalations with CME/CVE.Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
