Job Description

BOLL Filter Corporation | Novi, Michigan | Full-time | In-person Build the execution engine behind next-generation data center filtration. BOLL Filter Corporation is expanding its work in High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) for data centers. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager who can bring automotive-supplier discipline to a fast-moving global product environment. This is not a senior program-management or people-leadership role. It is a high-visibility execution role for someone who likes making things happen: clarifying the deliverable, identifying the owner, establishing the deadline, following through and escalating risks before they become surprises. What You Will Do
  • Track schedules, deliverables, open actions and deadlines across multiple HDLC product series.
  • Coordinate across R D, engineering, quality, production, procurement, logistics, sales and suppliers in the U.S., Germany and internationally.
  • Drive clear who / what / when / how / why for project actions.
  • Follow up on commitments, identify risks and obtain recovery timing when deliverables are late.
  • Coordinate drawings, BOMs, specifications, test reports, quality documentation, traceability records and customer submissions.
  • Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA and structured quality/documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate prototypes, testing, samples and time-critical shipments between global locations.
  • Join customer meetings and provide factual updates on status, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, action lists and concise project-status updates.
  • Provide selected scheduling, preparation and follow-up support directly to the Data Center commercial leader. What We Are Looking For
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Tier 1 automotive-supplier experience or Tier 2 supplier experience supporting Tier 1/OEM customers strongly preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical products, engineered components, filtration, fluid systems, thermal management or industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, traceability and controlled documentation.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Strong organization, follow-through and written/verbal communication.
  • Comfort respectfully pushing for answers and deadlines without needing formal authority.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated experience and capability can substitute.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus, not required.
  • Ability to support global teams and travel domestically/internationally as required.
How You Work You are a doer. When an action is unclear, you ask who owns it, exactly what is required and when it will be complete. You are comfortable working with engineers, production teams, suppliers, executives and customers. You do not need to be the technical decision-maker, but you know how to ask the right questions, capture the answer and make sure the required output arrives. Work Environment & Compensation
  • Based in Novi, Michigan; in-person five days per week.
  • Flexible daily hours: eight working hours generally scheduled within approximately 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
  • Base salary targeted up to $80,000, plus bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full Medical (BCBS), Dental, Vision and 401K with company match.
  • Opportunity to work directly with senior commercial leadership and global technical/operations teams while supporting a rapidly developing business.
Why This Role The Data Center business is developing multiple product series over the next 18 months. This role offers unusual exposure to global customers, product development, manufacturing, quality and supply-chain execution while helping establish the processes used as the organization grows.
