We take pride in doing the right thing, putting customers first, and building long-term, trust-based relationships. Candidate Profile A successful project has a lot happening behind the scenes. Equipment needs to arrive. Clients need to know when we are coming. Technicians need the right information. Subcontractors need to be confirmed. Building access needs to be arranged. Open items need to be followed up on. When something changes, everyone needs to know what happens next. That is where this role comes in. The Project Delivery Coordinator helps take an approved project and keep everything surrounding the installation organized from scheduling through completion. This is not strictly a desk based position. From time to time, you will visit active project sites to check progress, confirm project status, and make sure work is being completed according to N2M standards and project requirements. You will not be expected to design networks, configure equipment, or make engineering decisions. Your responsibility is making sure the people who do those things have the information, materials, schedule, and communication they need. We are looking for someone who naturally follows up, notices when something is missing, keeps good notes, communicates well, and does not like seeing things fall through the cracks. Specific Job Duties Coordinate project schedules with clients, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Confirm that upcoming projects have the required site information, access details, equipment, materials, licenses, and other project needs before installation. Track outstanding project items and follow up with the person responsible when something is missing or incomplete. Maintain accurate project status including scheduled work, material readiness, delays, open items, return visits, and completion progress. Communicate with clients throughout project delivery regarding schedules, changes, delays, access needs, and follow up work. Visit active project sites as needed to verify project status, observe installation progress, confirm work follows N2M standards and project requirements, and document any concerns or outstanding items. Track project issues and questions and make sure technical, scope, quality, or cost concerns are brought to the appropriate team member. Follow up after installation work to confirm what was completed, what remains open, and whether another visit is required. Track punch list items and outstanding project tasks until they are completed or properly reassigned. Coordinate project closeout by confirming notes, photos, time entries, testing information, material records, and other required documentation are complete. Confirm completed projects have the information required to move forward for billing. Identify projects that are stalled or waiting on action and bring them back to the attention of the appropriate team member. Provide project status updates during internal project reviews.
