Managessectionbudgetsandtimeframeschedulestoensuredeliverablesaremet,ontimeandwithinbudgetedcosts. Isresponsibleforthecoordinationandassignmentoftasksfortheareasoftwareengineersaligningdutieswithexperiencelevelandskillsets. Ensuresthatallofthesoftwaretoolsandtrainingforstaffismet. Reviewsmanpowerdemandsandensuresaccuracyandstaffingcommitmentsaremet. Performsquarterlyandyearlyperformancereviewsofpersonnelandconductsstaffmeetings.

Responsibilities/Assignments:
ThisroleisresponsibleforprovidingleadershipandtechnicaldirectiontooursoftwareMiddlewareapplicationsandFirepowersoftwareengineersthatdevelopanddeliverhighqualityworkthatgoesintoourcombatvehicles. Willconductinterviews,hireandmentornewemployeesensuringthetechnicallycompetencyissuccessfulinordertoexecuteprojects. LeadstheproductdevelopmentandintegrationactivitiesfortheMiddlewareapplicationsandFirepowerarea.Ensuresthatthesoftwareisdesignedanddevelopedusingindustrystandardmethodsalongwithensuringthecodequality,performancestabilityandsecuritymeasures.
