ASPICE CL2
certification in 2019.
STRADVISION
has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for 'Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems'(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022). STRADVISION's outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at

billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022. About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated. By the first half of 2025, vehicles equipped with SVNet surpassed 4 million units globally, maintaining growth despite economic slowdown and intensifying industry competition. In 2025, STRADVISION was ranked 10th in domestic AI competitiveness, following companies such as Samsung, Naver, and LG. [Mission of the Role] As a Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead, lead, and navigate the development and execution of AD and ADAS mass-production programs for our North American OEM and Tier-1 customers — including front and surround view camera platforms (FVC/SVC) and successive generations of our production platform — ensuring they are delivered within the designated timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards to meet customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and project execution, managing the software development lifecycle from requirement analysis through SOP and post-SOP maintenance. In this capacity, you will effectively communicate with both customers and cross-functional project teams across the US, Korea, and Europe, orchestrating schedules, and proactively managing issues and risks. You will take over ongoing production programs from the incumbent program owner, lead project members with a technical perspective, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. [Key Responsibilities] Direct the full project lifecycle, coordinating with data engineers, software engineers, platform engineers, validation engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Own assigned mass-production programs end to end — from requirement analysis and milestone planning through integration, validation, SOP, and post-SOP change management. Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer, balancing requirements and expectations with feature development, milestone planning, and risk management. Oversee software development planning and requirements analysis. Ensure continuous tracking of progress and adapt plans as necessary. Manage release planning and delivery packages against customer milestones, including gate reviews, sample builds, and field issue resolution. Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage project issues and risks, aligning engineering resources and resolving discrepancies to maintain project trajectory. Regularly evaluate project metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, timing, compliance with specifications, budget, and quality) and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Guarantee that all project activities adhere to relevant standards and processes, including ASPICE and
ISO 26262
work products, enhancing efficiency and quality of output. Negotiate and oversee change requests, aligning customer needs with project capabilities and resources. Conduct and facilitate essential meetings, including customer discussions and project team meetings, to ensure alignment and progress across time zones. Exhibit exceptional multitasking skills to manage overlapping tasks, competing priorities, and dynamic project requirements effectively. [Basic Qualifications] Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with software focus or a related role. Experience supporting or delivering at least one automotive mass-production (SOP) program. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively and efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to project completion. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, strategic thinking, and effective communication across various levels of an organization. [Preferred Qualificaitons] 3+ years of experience in AD and ADAS project teams. 3+ years of experience in (embedded) software development. Strong knowledge of automotive processes (e.g.
ASPICE, ISO 26262
). Direct experience with camera-based perception programs such as FVC, SVC, or surround view systems. Experience working with North American OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers and their program governance and gate review processes. Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones. [Application]
