Sherwin-Williams is seeking a leader for our Technical Partnership Program, connecting industry-leading coatings with innovative manufacturing technologies. In this role, you will design, coordinate and grow partnerships with equipment manufacturers, integrators and industrial customers, ensuring successful technical integration of Sherwin-Williams products into partner solutions. You will collaborate closely with R D, manufacturing, sales and operations to run pilots, document best practices and support joint customer engagements. Using data and partner feedback, you will refine program strategy, track performance and drive continuous improvement, all within our safety-focused, collaborative and development-minded culture. Responsibilities Design and manage Sherwin-Williams' technical partnership programs with manufacturing and industrial partners Coordinate pilot projects and technical trials with partners to validate coatings, processes and equipment integrations Collaborate with R D, manufacturing, sales and operations to align partner solutions with product capabilities and customer needs Develop technical documentation, playbooks and training materials for internal teams and partners Track program performance, KPIs and partner feedback to recommend improvements and expansions Support joint customer engagements, demos and technical presentations with partner technologies Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across partnership activities Manage program timelines, stakeholder communication and issue escalation Contribute to strategy for identifying, evaluating and onboarding new technical partners Support knowledge sharing, training and best practices across global partnership initiatives Required Skills Program management Technical partnership management Manufacturing processes knowledge Industrial coatings or chemicals knowledge Cross-functional collaboration Data analysis and KPI tracking Technical documentation creation Stakeholder communication and presentation Process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) CRM or partnership management tools
