Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in St Paul, MN. This position coordinates day-to-day activities for IT hardware and infrastructure projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and status reporting. The role involves working closely with internal teams, technicians, and client stakeholders to ensure project requirements are documented, timelines are met, and deliverables are completed accurately. The Project Coordinator monitors project progress, updates project plans, manages documentation, and escalates issues or risks when needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting resource allocation, maintaining communication channels, assisting with quality checks, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and oversee multi-site implementations. Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology skills and understanding of hardware, infrastructure, and network environments. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support problem-solving and decision-making. Relevant experience in coordinating IT or technical projects, preferably in retail, hospitality, or similar multi-site environments. Ability to work on-site in St Paul, MN and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and field technicians. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software). Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
