Hybrid Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex supply chain compliance and sustainability technology initiative focused on traceability, certification workflows, compliance reporting, and audit readiness. This role will manage cross-functional teams across business, compliance, legal, audit, sustainability, data, and technology functions to deliver enterprise-scale solutions supporting regulatory and certification requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale technology programs, translating compliance requirements into system capabilities, and driving successful delivery in a matrixed environment.

Mandatory Skills:

10+ years of IT program/project management or consulting experience delivering large, complex technology initiatives Proven experience leading at least two large-scale compliance, traceability, sustainability, supply chain, data, or ERP technology programs from initiation through deployment Strong project management expertise including scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, issue, change, testing, training, and deployment management Experience translating regulatory, certification, traceability, or audit requirements into technology deliverables, controls, testing, and compliance processes Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed enterprise environment Experience coordinating enterprise applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture considerations Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and governance experience Ability to manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with regulated, compliance-driven, or certification-based programs involving traceability, reporting, controls, or audit readiness Experience working with supply chain, sustainability, supplier onboarding, chain of custody, mass balance, or similar traceability processes preferred Experience coordinating data architecture, analytics, integrations, and compliance reporting across multiple systems PMP certification preferred Experience using project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
