Project Manager IV (Lead) -
Fleet Maintenance & Asset Management Technology Location:
Grove Heights, MN 55077 (Hybrid)

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise-scale Fleet Maintenance and Asset Management technology solution. The role will drive process standardization, data migration, systems integration, training, deployment, and user adoption across multiple locations. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project governance, financials, risks, and delivery outcomes, and ensure successful implementation from initiation through stabilization. Required /
Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of IT Program/Project Management or Professional Services Consulting experience Experience leading large-scale Maintenance, Fleet Management, Asset Management, Field Service, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain technology implementations End-to-end project delivery experience including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support transition Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control Experience with enterprise application integrations, data migration, and complex technology ecosystems Experience working in matrixed, multi-business-unit environments Ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10+ resources Experience with stakeholder management, executive reporting, and governance Multi-location implementation and process standardization experience Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven track record leading at least two large-scale maintenance, fleet, asset management, field service, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain technology implementations Experience managing enterprise-scale solutions involving infrastructure, security, data, and architecture considerations PMP certification preferred Agile/Scrum certification preferred Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators preferred Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
