Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams in Information Technology and Project Management & Coordination. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets; track milestones; manage risks; and ensure delivery of secure, reliable solutions for production and enterprise systems. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT projects supporting manufacturing and enterprise operations Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and business units Manage risk, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present to stakeholders Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met for all IT deliverables Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate and optimize ERP/MES solutions Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools Support change management, training, and successful user adoption of new systems Required Skills IT project management Manufacturing IT systems (ERP/MES) Project planning and scheduling (Gantt, roadmaps) Budgeting and cost control Risk management and mitigation Stakeholder management and communication Agile/Scrum methodologies Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies Requirements gathering and documentation Vendor and contract management
