MS Project, Jira Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional project teams, SAP functional and technical resources, infrastructure, security, testing teams, external vendors, and business subject-matter experts to maintain alignment and delivery accountability. Maintain integrated project plans and track actions, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests; escalate items requiring leadership direction and follow through to closure. clear project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule health, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and required management actions. Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, cutover planning sessions, and post-launch stabilization meetings; document decisions, owners, and due dates. Coordinate SIT and UAT planning, test readiness, execution progress, defect triage, business sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
