Responsibilities Lead technology projects or multiple technical workstreams within larger programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including project charters, plans, schedules, status reports, and requirements documentation. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including resource allocation, timeline tracking, and progress monitoring. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and consistently to stakeholders, leadership, and project teams. Facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues; escalate and drive resolution as needed. Establish and manage project expectations, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability across the team. Track project performance against defined success criteria and milestones using appropriate tools and dashboards. Lead regular status meetings and provide visibility into project progress through structured reporting. Apply and promote best practices in project management, delivery methodologies, and business process improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights, guidance, and recommendations based on prior experience and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing key decisions to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Support implementation of business and system process best practices. Ensure all project objectives are aligned with company goals and clearly understood by the project team. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP certification preferred. 6+ years of project management experience, including delivery of technology solutions. Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience applying formal project management methods, tools, and techniques. Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong risk management skills, with the ability to assess, mitigate, and escalate issues appropriately. Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, coordinate, and align cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and focus on execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills to drive alignment and outcomes. Ability to influence decision-making and build effective working relationships across teams.
