The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple moderately complex projects and/or specific phases of larger, more complex initiatives. This role ensures successful project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. The position involves coordinating cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-organizational teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage weekly touchpoints with stakeholders Oversee multiple projects and implementations simultaneously Prepare and maintain project status reports Utilize tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, and Incident Management Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Engage with stakeholders and support governance processes Review Statements of Work (SOW), develop project plans, and ensure execution alignment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in development or product management is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems or agents Experience in FinTech or payments industry preferred
