Job Description

Position Overview As the IT Program Manager for IT, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support and enhance IT technology and operations. Your role will focus on managing multiple complex IT projects related to IT systems, processes, and technologies. A Day in the Life You will provide leadership and direction to junior team members, both employees and contractors, ensuring their project tasks align with IT strategic objectives and IT PMO best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, business and IT stakeholders, you will gather and analyze business requirements specific to IT and business needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the seamless integration of technology solutions. Additionally, you will mentor project managers, facilitate their professional development, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for project management methodologies within IT.
You'll Come With Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements Develop program plans and ensure the integration of project deliverables Oversee program budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting Mentor project managers and assist in their professional growth Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices Perform risk assessments and manage project risks Scope and Impact The IT Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the organization's IT project portfolio. By leading teams and upholding high standards in project, program, and portfolio management, this position directly supports the achievement of business objectives, drives organizational growth, and enhances customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include strategic planning, coordination across departments, and continuous improvement, making them instrumental in advancing both operational efficiency and long-term results
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Licenses/Certification/Registration:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Experience:
7+ years of experience in project management or management consulting. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Compensation Range:
$115,000.00 - $150,000.00
