Senior Project Delivery Leader RK&K parental leave, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Jersey, Hammonton May 12, 2026 RK&K is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Delivery Leader to establish, grow, and provide senior technical oversight for our utilities and transportation planning practice. You will partner with our expert planners, engineers, designers, and support staff to deliver world-class project solutions to state, federal and local government customers. Essential Functions You will guide the planning, environmental compliance, design, and execution of utility and transportation projects; develop a highperformance team through structured training, mentoring, and targeted recruitment; and play a significant role in strengthening RK&K's presence in the utility and transportation markets. Team Development, Mentorship & Staffing Lead and contribute expertise on utility and transportation planning / design projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Develop and expand a group aligned with workload forecasts, technical capabilities, and strategic growth objectives.
Advise and support teams in the preparation of environmental compliance, planning, and permitting documents.
Lead targeted recruitment efforts to build technical depth and diversify capabilities within the team. Project Delivery & Coordination Direct multidisciplinary project teams and subconsultants.
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets with a strong focus on technical risk management, schedule-critical utility relocations, and interface with transportation, utility and other and infrastructure projects.
Prepare and lead technical presentations, coordination meetings, design reviews, and owner approval processes.
Support complex interface projects involving utility and transportation corridors, municipal infrastructure, and thirdparty jointuse requests. Business Development & Marketing Lead strategic business development efforts aimed at growing RK&K's utility and transportation portfolio.
Establish and maintain credibility and trustedadvisor relationships.
Lead technical content development for environmental planning and permitting, proposals, work plans, project scopes, labor hour estimates, and project execution strategies.
Participate in industry organizations and conferences to strengthen RK&K's technical presence. Required Skills and Experience 15 years of experience in a leadership role
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Transportation Planning or related field
