Objectives of this role:
Guide project teams through all phases of omnichannel and digital projects, including strategy, content creation, design, development, and quality assurance Partner with digital strategy and development leads to produce a technical approach, estimate, and timeline for complex digital projects Gather and document the technical requirements of a project Interface with external brand and IT teams to facilitate project needs Collaborate with the development lead to identify resources for digital projects Ensure internal and freelance teams understand their assignments, due dates, priorities, and budget Participate in and occasionally lead client meetings Manage, mentor, and develop the digital production team Develop and educate internal teams on the development process, best practices, and related tools What it takes: ~ 5+ years of digital production experience in an agency environment , preferably with pharmaceutical industry/advertising experience. Deep knowledge of omnichannel infrastructure which includes marketing automation, data engineering, data QA, web development, app, email, and user experience best practices Expertise in the digital development life cycle, as well as waterfall and agile methodologies A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure Excellent communication and collaborations skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Jira Ability to thrive—and keep a great sense of humor—in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
