• Manage onsite and offshore AMS teams.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, succession planning, and skill readiness.
• Coordinate SMEs, track leads, project teams, and external vendors.
• Mentor team members and support capability development Transition & Hypercare Management
• Lead project-to-AMS transition activities.
• Ensure service acceptance criteria, KT completion, documentation readiness, and stabilization support.
• Coordinate hypercare and post go-live support activities. Continuous Improvement
• Analyze service trends and recurring issues.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and problem management initiatives.
• Reduce incident volume and improve service quality and customer experience.
• Support AMS maturity and transformation programs. Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
