Project Delivery Lead#26-21340 $15.49-$65.14 per hour Pennington, NJ Onsite Job Description Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Delivery Lead for their Pennington, NJ/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
A Delivery Lead is responsible for driving end to end execution of complex technology and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, regulatory standards, and delivery timelines. The role requires strong ownership of planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations. With a balanced focus on execution discipline and technical understanding, the Delivery Lead ensures predictable, high quality outcomes, optimizes resources, and continuously improves delivery processes in a highly regulated banking environment. The role requires strong expertise in end to end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance, along with proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and timelines across complex initiatives. Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to align business and technology teams and drive decision-making. A solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum/SAFe), SDLC processes, and enterprise controls is essential, complemented by good technical acumen to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, financial and resource management skills, and a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency are critical to succeed in a highly regulated banking environment.
Requirements:
Understanding of Agile- Scrum, Agile tool ( Jira)-Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology Background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process Must be proficient with these programs: MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5+ years delivery lead/project management experience Good communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
