Pay:
$75-80/hr W2
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing complex technical programs from discovery through delivery, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to business priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who can work across Product, Engineering, Development, Release Management, IT, and other stakeholders to drive execution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The goal is to integrate the new product and ultimately replace an existing product This is a new team that was formed around/after the go-live to continue building, integrating, and supporting the product.
Must Haves:
5 + years of experience leading & managing multiple complex projects in agile environments. Experience in Lean agile, both Scrum and Kanban Excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to communicate and adapt effectively to different audiences (team, management, executive, business etc). Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management. Experience in Portfolio and Project Management Tools such as Jira Software, Confluence and MS Office & Project Experience working with offshore teams and project teams distributed across multiple time zones. Excellent presentation skills and be able to present project updates in front of small or large groups. Be very competent using tools such as MS PowerPoint. Change management experience in a software development environment. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum Of Scrum (SOS) Framework. Project Management professional (PMP) certified or equivalent. MUST be able to demonstrate a full understanding of the product development life cycles (SDLC).
