What You'll Do Technical Project Leadership:
Lead the execution of technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and business objectives. Provide hands-on leadership in addressing complex technical challengesEngineering Oversight:
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (e.g., software, hardware, systems) to design, develop, and deploy high-quality technical solutions. Ensure the technical feasibility and integrity of the project design and architecture. May lead small group of engineers to effectively launch new productsTechnical Requirements Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and engineering solutions. Identify and assess technical risks and mitigation strategiesProcess Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, workflows, and practices. Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability in the technical execution of projectsRisk Management:
Evaluate technical risks and propose solutions for risk mitigation during all phases of the project lifecycle. Proactively resolve technical issues by engaging with engineers and architects to find viable solutions Collaboration withEngineering Teams:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, architects, designers, and other technical professionals to ensure seamless execution of complex engineering projectsTechnical Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, requirements, and change management records. Ensure proper documentation is available for compliance, audits, and future system enhancementsInnovation & Technology Evaluation:
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools relevant to the engineering field. Assess new technologies for potential integration into ongoing projects and future product roadmapsDesign Review & Quality Assurance:
Participate in design reviews and technical assessments to ensure the highest standard of product quality and performance. Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and debugging technical issuesCross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
