Job Description

Job Summary Th e IT PMO Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling digital and AI-driven capabilities that support Client manufacturing future. This role leads multiple concurrent IT initiatives, applying Agile, hybrid, and Scrum-based delivery approaches to ensure predictable outcomes, transparency, and measurable business value. The PM will partner with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to drive delivery practices, resolve challenges, and support AI-enabled solutions within manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities D elivery & Outcome Ownership Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT initiatives. Drive work toward clear business outcomes and value realization. Balance scope, timeline, risk, and quality while maintaining delivery flow. Proactively resolve delivery challenges and escalate issues when necessary. Servant Leadership & Team Enablement Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best. Remove impediments, foster collaboration, and encourage accountability. Reinforce Agile discipline, focus, and continuous improvement. Promote transparency, trust, and learning across delivery teams. Program & Workstream Management Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across workstreams. Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues using RAID artifacts. Coordinate across IT, engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment between delivery activities and strategic objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and decisions. Translate complex technical topics into clear executive-level communication. Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and outcome discussions. Manage stakeholder expectations through data-driven insights. Governance, Quality & Compliance Operate within Client enterprise governance and compliance frameworks. Ensure delivery artifacts, controls, and documentation meet standards. Apply governance pragmatically to enable speed while maintaining trust. Agile, AI & Modern Delivery Practices Apply Agile and Scrum practices within enterprise and hybrid models. Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing contexts. Partner with technical teams to plan, track, and deliver AI initiatives incrementally. Promote modern delivery metrics focused on flow, predictability, and outcomes. Required Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO delivery roles. Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated success driving delivery outcomes amid ambiguity and change. Experience working across IT, engineering, and operational teams. Experience implementing AI solutions in manufacturing environments. Certifications PMI PMP certification required (must include certification number and active dates in submission). Agile and/or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Core Skills & Competencies Strong servant leadership mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and risks. Outcome-focused delivery orientation. Strong problem-solving and escalation judgment. High attention to governance, compliance, and execution discipline. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or delivering AI solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments. Hands-on experience applying Agile/Scrum practices to AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives. Familiarity with hybrid delivery models within enterprise governance. Experience working with geographically distributed and matrixed teams. Comfortable operating in transformation environments with evolving ways of working.
