Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage IT projects in our AI program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and use cases in this program by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. PMP, PgMP, agile or similar project/program management certification. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a focus on AI and cloud platforms. Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including large language models and modern data platforms. Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Note:

The hiring team is looking for an AI Program Manager with proven program management experience and at least some exposure to AI, particularly an understanding of the data needed to enable AI solutions, along with familiarity with common tools and software used in space. The ideal candidate will be able to translate AI initiatives into executable project plans, run scrums effectively, and operate confidently at a strategic program level to drive alignment, delivery, and cross team coordination.
