Job Description

A Delivery Project Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and high-quality delivery. They manage resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while enforcing project governance, typically requiring 5+ years of experience in IT/technical implementation and proficiency in methodologies like Agile or PMP.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery:
Accountable for project completion from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope and client requirements.
Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation plans, and manage issues, escalations, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, KPIs, and financials (P&L/budget).
Quality Assurance:
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client specifications (e.g., HLD/LLD).
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and fostering a productive working environment.
Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
Proven experience (often 5-10+ years) in technical project management or service delivery.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Projects, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Soft Skills:
