$160,000 - $240,000 per annum

Experience:

5-10 years in program or technical program management, with 2-5 years leading teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Owning end-to-end delivery coordination across engineering, product, and operations teams Facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining backlog health through refinement and prioritization Creating and refining user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders Removing technical and organizational blockers that impede team progress Managing delivery roadmaps and reporting progress against milestones and metrics Coordinating across cross-functional teams to align on priorities and timelines Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership Using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or equivalent product delivery coordination 2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing or leading technical or cross-functional teams Proficiency with Agile frameworks and tools, particularly Jira; experience facilitating Agile ceremonies Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or other enterprise delivery frameworks Background in product management or product-adjacent roles Exposure to metrics-driven delivery and OKR frameworks Prior experience in regulated industries or complex multi-team environments What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: The opportunity to shape how products are built and delivered at scale Visibility across product vision and engineering execution, with scope to influence both Potential progression toward senior technical leadership or principal roles, where supported by the role Mentorship and professional development in program leadership and strategic thinking Collaboration with talented engineering, product, and operations teams Flexible work arrangements and a supportive environment for growth Competitive compensation and benefits packages About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group connects talented professionals with high-impact opportunities across the world.
