$160,000 - $240,000 per annum Experience level: 5-10 years in program or product delivery coordination What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Owning end-to-end delivery coordination for assigned product initiatives, from planning through launch Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and maintaining team cadence Creating and refining user stories, managing backlog prioritization, and communicating roadmap status to stakeholders Identifying and removing blockers that impede team progress Managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across engineering, product, and operations Driving metrics-based decision-making and communicating delivery health to leadership Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and resolve conflicts What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in program delivery, product management coordination, or technical project management 2-5 years leading or mentoring engineering, product, or cross-functional teams Demonstrable experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing backlogs in fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management skills and experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Authorization to work in the
