Project Delivery Manager

Beachwood Ohio Our client is hiring a Project Delivery Manager for their facility in Beachwood! Our client is a leader in managing IT Services, Cyber Security, and Cloud Solutions. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of all client-facing and internal IT projects. This role owns the full lifecycle of projects-from initial scoping and planning through execution, communication, and final delivery. Qualified candidates should have both technical capability and strong project leadership within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of all assigned projects from start to completion Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet company quality standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities Lead and coordinate internal technical staff (Help Desk, Network Admins, Engineers) for larger projects Ensure proper implementation of solutions aligned with MSP standards (Azure, networking, security, etc.) Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects Communicate timelines, expectations, progress, and changes clearly Manage client expectations and address concerns proactively Create and maintain detailed project plans Document configurations, processes, and project outcomes Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to project delivery processes Help build scalable project workflows as the company grows Contribute to SOP and TSOP development related to project execution

Job Requirements:

4+ years of project management exp. in the IT field Previous leadership exp. preferred. Strong understanding of MSP environments and operations Hands-on technical experience with: o Microsoft 365 / Azure / Azure Virtual Desktop o Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs) o Server infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) o Cybersecurity best practices Proven ability to manage and deliver IT projects successfully Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
