As we continue our digital transformation, we are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency and scalability across our global operations. This role is 100% on site and based out of Stow, Ohio. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects that support our business objectives - from system implementations and integrations to digital transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global business units Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals Oversee implementations and integrations Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports and communications for all stakeholders Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project objectives Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools and methodologies The successful candidate should have: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development and implementation processes Proven success delivering enterprise-level projects (ERP, CRM, QMS or digital transformation initiatives) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills PMP or Agile certification preferred
