We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a growing PMO and support a portfolio of technology initiatives focused on software delivery, AI enablement, and technology optimization. This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who can independently lead multiple projects, make informed decisions, anticipate risks, and drive initiatives from planning through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and software implementation projects within a fast-paced PMO environment. Support initiatives involving AI and emerging technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve project delivery and business processes. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Proactively identify project risks, upcoming issues, and dependencies and drive solutions before they impact delivery. Evaluate project trade-offs, make informed decisions, and keep initiatives moving forward with minimal oversight. Partner closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to align priorities, requirements, timelines, and outcomes. Take ownership of project outcomes rather than simply managing assigned activities. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and project requirements. Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably managing software implementation and technology-focused projects. Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously with the ability to work independently. Exposure to implementing or leveraging AI tools/solutions, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar technologies within projects or business processes. Strong experience developing and managing project plans using Microsoft Project. Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, solve problems proactively, and make independent decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across technical and business teams. Strong curiosity and aptitude for learning and applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance or oversight. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of comparable business/IT experience may be considered.
